William Roland Marsh was born in Sanford, NC on August 7, 1949 to the late Mr. William Marsh and the late Mrs. Irene Marsh. William devoted most of his time to family and close friends. He enjoyed cooking, attending sporting events and helping others. He was particularly passionate about tailgating at North Carolina A&T State University's GHOE. AGGIE PRIDE!

On Saturday, June 4, 2022, God called William home to rest from his labor. We are grateful to Him for the seventy-two years that we shared.

He leaves to cherish his memories three siblings: Reginald Marsh, Plassie (Marsh) Ford, and John, Marsh; his son Reynard Marsh by his ex-wife Ersie (Rita) Marsh; his life partner, Patricia Ann Seagraves; and a host of family members and friends.

A service honoring his life will be held on June 16,2022 at 9:00 AM at Bridge of Hope Church, 4104 Short Farm Road, Greensboro, NC 27406. Visitation will begin at 8:30 AM. Interment: Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC.
