Wanda Kay Davis was born May 11, 1960 to the late Hattie Louise Davis and Clevester Harvey. She departed this life on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at home after a lengthy illness. Wanda was fondly remembered by many people and known by many different names like"Maid, Momma K, Cookie K, Beautiful, K.K and Beulah, however; she was known best for having a heart of pure kindness.Wanda was preceded in death by six (6) brothers, three (3) sisters and one (1) grandchild. Wanda leaves to cherish her memory: five (5) children: Chiemere Wingate, Franklin Davis, Sharina Davis, Christopher Davis and Olina Davis; eight (8) grand- children: Precious, Nautica, Niyanna, Brandon, Zymere, Khalia, Kamari, and Kashawn; one (1) sister: Pearl Jeffries(Joseph), four (4) brothers: William Earl Davis, Rev. Dwight A. Davis, Sylvester A. Davis and Michael W. Harvey; one (1) aunt: Elnora Lowe; godmother: Pauline Pennix; a very special friend: Jean Fryer; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
