Vincent Owen Green was born on February 9, 1963 to Samuel and Ruth Green in Paterson, New Jersey. He departed this life Monday, March 3, 2014 at Moses H. Cone Hospital.

Vincent graduated from Eastside High School in Paterson, New Jersey. He was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ in Greensboro.

Vincent leaves to mourn his passing, son: Romaal Lee of Andrews, SC; parents: Samuel and Ruth Green; brother: Bryan Green (Valeda) of Rolesville, NC; grandson: Eli Lee of Andrews, SC; uncles: John Green (Flora) of Richmond, VA, Walter Green (Thelma) of Pittsburg, PA, Charles Steverson (Rosa) of Warrenton, NC, Stewart Steverson (Elizabeth) of Eden, NC, Thomas Steverson (Ella), of Bunn, NC, Robert Steverson (Jean) of Greensboro, NC, Artenas Steverson (Cindy) of Greensboro, NC, and Oliver Steverson of Warrenton, NC; aunts: Alice Dunston (Robert) of Warrenton, NC, Bertha Wilson of Patterson, NJ, Esther Aikens (Edward) of Richmond, VA, Iris Foster (Otis) of Elon, NC, and Janet Richardson of Charlotte, NC. His presence will be solely missed by a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
