Timothy Allan Patterson made his entrance into this world June 24, 1978 to Timothy and Brenda Patterson and departed this life on June 16th 2019. Allan is preceded in death by his sister Felcia Patterson, Maternal Grandfather Tommy Isbell, Paternal Grandfather John Patterson, Paternal Grandmother Annie Bell Patterson. Allan's laughter was contagious, and he was known for saying "Oh Yeah." Allan attended Guilford County Schools and he was a graduate of Northeast High School in 1997. One of his greatest accomplishments was making all conference as defensive end. Allan was a peaceful Father, Son, Uncle & Cousin. He was a giver and he loved people. Allan loved to cook, and he loved to watch others eat his food and watch their facial expression. Allan had a heart of gold and he would help anyone who needed help. He was a devoted Father to Chakalyn and Timothy. He loved to support them in their sports activities and spending quality time with them. He loved to joke and kid around and to make others laugh. He was a problem solver and he loved to take on difficult projects around the house. He loved a challenge and he loved to play spades. Allan was employed by the City of Greensboro for 15 years; he was loved by his co-workers. Allan was an entrepreneur and a creative painter with his hands; he loved to work alongside with his Dad and brothers. Allan is survived by his parents Tim & Brenda Patterson, his children Chakalyn Patterson and Timothy Patterson; his Grandmother Helen Isbell; brothers Todd (Monique) Patterson, Jonathan (Nicole) Patterson, Anthony (Briana) Ferguson, and his sister Bridget Patterson Gibbs; and his leading lady Liz Lennon. He also leaves to cherish a host of nieces & nephews, and a host of Aunts & Uncles. The homecoming celebration for Allan will be held on Saturday June 22, 2019. The viewing will be from 12pm to 1pm; and the service will begin promptly at 1pm. The service will be held at St. James Baptist Church 536 West Florida Street, Greensboro, NC 27406. The burial will follow at White Oak Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
