Shirley McKenzie died on Saturday, September 23, 2017. A service honoring her life will be held at Oak Grove AME Zion Church; 300 Lawrence St, Greensboro, NC 27406 on Saturday, September 30, 2017. The visitation will begin at 11:30 am and the service will follow at 12:00pm. The interment will take place following the service at Forest Lawn Cemetery; 3901 Forest Lawn Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455.
