Sharon Morehead Mosley, 61, passed away on August 7, 2020 at Moses Cone Hospital. She was born on December 24,1958 in Greensboro, NC, a daughter of the late Jesse J. Morehead Sr. and Helen Stacks Morehead. Although much of Sharon's youth was spent in McLeansville, as the first born grandchild of Fannie Morehead Shaw, she grew up in Greensboro, NC. Sharon was an alumni of Dudley High School c/o 1977 and years later became a Certified Nursing Assistant. Afterward she quickly learned that it was indeed her calling. Throughout her career, she touched the lives of many, in a way that only she could. Sharon was known for her vibrant personality, sense of humor, charm, resilience and last but not least, her ability to love and care for anyone without compromise or judgment, regardless of their position in life. Surviving her are her children: Shaniqua Morehead, Jevon D. Mosley, Andre S. Mosley Jr. (Andrea); Granddaughter's: Ryleigh Crawford, Ayahna Mosley, Ahniya Mosley and Ajayla Mosley; Siblings: Crystal B. Morehead, Jesse J. Morehead (Kimberly) all of Greensboro, NC and Ronald McCaughley (Karen) of Durham, NC. She's also survived by Neices: Latasha N. Morehead, Porsha Morehead; Nephew Antonio Morehead and a host of family and friends. A special thanks goes out to Dr. Scott Bland, Moses Cone Cardiology Dept., Lebauer Pulmonology, Nursing Staff at Adapt Health, Mrs. Joi Heard and Demetria Copper for their unprecedented level of service and care throughout the years. A public viewing will be held Friday August 14, 2020, from 12pm-3pm at the Cassie Coote-Brown Memorial Chapel of Perry J. Brown Funeral Home.
