On Sunday, July 29, 2018 God called home a beautiful soul to receive his wings Reginald McClure (aka 'Red'and 'Dogg'). During his life Dogg would keep everyone laughing and the life of every function. Reginald will be greatly missed by many, especially his son, family and others throughout Greensboro. Reginald's famous trademark was 'Woof-Woof the Dogg is here lets get this party started,' everyone knew it would not be a dull moment with 'The Dogg'. Reginald was born on April 10, 1967 in Greensboro, NC, to the late Mollie E. Dobson Kimber McClure and Mack McClure. He was predeceased in death by his Grandfather and Grandmother Elwood 'Pop' and Carrie Dobson; brothers: Ben Frankie Kimber, and Johnny E. Kimber; sisters: Dorothy McClure and LaWanda Kimber Jackson. Reginald attended Guilford County Schools and Guilford Technical Community College where he took classes in Automotive Classes. Reginald had various jobs- Car Detailing, Lawn Care Service, Restaurants, and Beard Lumber Company where he was employed for the last 5 years. Reginald leaves to cherish his memories his son, Reginald L. McClure Jr. (Bay); five brothers: Jimmy W. Kimber, Ronald A. Kimber (June), Kenneth R. Kimber (Lorie), Tommy L. Kimber (Lynda), and Steven McClure; four sisters: Gale K. Rice, Cassandra Kimber, Linda M. Dillard (Robert), Kathy M. Lewis (Bud) and a very special friend Veronica 'Ronnie T' Truman, as well as a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

A service honoring his life will held Friday, August 3, 2018 in the Cassie Coote-Brown Chapel of Perry J. Brown Funeral Home; 909 E Market St. Greensboro, NC 27401. The visitation will begin at 1:00 pm and the service will follow at 1:30 pm. The interment will follow the service at Lakeview Memorial Park; 3600 N O'Henry Blvd. Greensboro, NC.
