On Monday afternoon October 26, our beloved Quincy Richardson departed his life here on earth and entered into eternal peace. He was born June 27, 1979 in Nash county to Ms. Angela Richardson (Rocky Mount, NC) and Mr. Leroy Gunter ,(Doretha) (Tarboro, NC). In addition to his natural parents Quincy was blessed to have to sets of parents in love. Mr. & Mrs. Daryl and Jeannette Lomax (Greensboro, NC) and Mr. and Mrs. Gary and Betty Jackson (Danville, VA).

Quincy received his education in Nash County Public Schools, were he developed his strong skill and passion for the Arts. He was the eldest sibling of 5, Tyree J. Richardson, Arlecia N. Richardson, Ebony S. Bines, Jarkelvis Jones(all of Rocky Mount, NC). Two sister-in-laws, Nikki Jackson (Durham, NC) LeGarria Banks (Michael) of Greensboro North Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In August of 2001, he met the apple of his eye Ms. April Jackson whom, he married on February 26, 2010. Out of the union they had three children, one bonus child Mikayla Jackson, Aiden Richardson, Milah Richardson and one expecting.

Quincy was a devoted son, husband, father, and a great provider for his family. He devoted ten years of service to PPG Industries as he served as a Machine Operator. Quincy enjoyed many hobbies such as making beats ,drawing, and his number one hobby of them all was painting. Often times you could find him in his garage being a creative dreamer, by making his art come alive with the stroke of a brush. He always believed to be creative and dream BIG!!!!!!

A public viewing will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 3pm-6pm in the Cassie Coote-Brown Memorial Chapel of Perry J. Brown Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020 at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
