GREENSBORO â?? Mrs. Naomi Cole Alexander, 71, departed this life on Tuesday April 3, 2012. She was born on December 5, 1940 to the parents of Della Cole Williams and the late Walter Alaska Cole, also known as (W.A). "Ma" as she was lovingly called by many was born in Oak Ridge, NC. She attended Oak Ridge Primary School, Laughlin High School and Dudley High School. She moved to Washington, DC in 1962 and received her GED while there. Naomi was preceded in death by her only daughter Sandra Jewel Cole, the love of her life Eugene Alexander (Genie Boy), her sister Lois Elizabeth Williams, and her brother Walter A. Cole. Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 10, 2012 from 12:30 p.m. until 1 p.m. at Believer's Missionary Baptist Church, 235 Ward Road Greensboro, NC 27415 and the homegoing service will began at 1 p.m. The interment will be held at Lakeview Memorial Park following.
