Bullock HunterOfficiating~Obituary~Mary D. Milton was born October 18, 1912 to the late Henry & Katherine DeGraffinreid in Aberdeen North Carolina. She departed this life on April 4, 2012 at her residence. Mary was a stay-at-home mother and domestic for two families. She was a caregiver to many children including her sisterâ??s three (3) children. She had a big heart and would give her last to anyone in need. She was a humble â??Woman of Godâ?? and loved everyone in her sphere of influence. Mary was united in holy matrimony to James C. Milton, Sr. He preceded her in death just five (5) days prior to the Angels carrying her home to the Lord. This God ordained covenant lasted seventy-four (74) years. To this union nine (9) children were born: Shirley A. Williams (James-deceased), Dorothy L. Winston (Larry), James C. Milton, Jr. (Annie), Patricia A. Law (Ben), Henry Milton (Janie), John H. Milton (Imogene), Virginia A. Patten (William-deceased), Alice D. Redd (Alfred), Angela Y. Foust (Gary). All children currently reside in Greensboro, North Carolina except Patricia of Killeen, Texas Mary is survived by one brother-in-law, John Wesley (Sadie) and one sister-in-law, Minister Sarah Hayes; sixteen (16) grandchildren; twenty-eight (28) great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
