Milton Fairley Jones, II, or 'Moody', as he was affectionately called by family, was born to the union of Milton, Sr. and Evelyn Jones on April 23, 1971, in Greensboro, NC. He departed this life on Thursday, February 6, 2020. He matriculated through the Guilford County Schools System, and was a graduate if Grimsley High School. He was employed by PPG for eight years at the time of his transition. A devoted father and faithful Carolina Tarheels and San Francisco 49ers fan, Milton enjoyed watching sporting events, playing basketball and video games, and spending time with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his loving mother, Evelyn Jones. He leaves to cherish his memory: his father, Milton F. Jones, Sr., two daughters, Nia Jones and Emily Hill; his loving sister, Monica; and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives, and friends. A service honoring his life will be held in the Perry J. Brown Funeral Home Chapel; 909 E. Market St. Greensboro, NC 27401 on Sunday, February 16, 2020. The visitation will begin at 3:00 pm and the service will follow at 3:30 pm.
