Mildred Lee Warren Gerideau Mildred Lee Warren Gerideau, daughter of the late Rev. Elijah Warren and the late Elizabeth Gladney Williams, was born on September 22, 1947 in Greensboro, NC and departed this life on March 3, 2019. Mildred was educated in the Guilford County public school system where she graduated from James B. Dudley High School. She worked for Gilbarco for 35 years where she was a supervisor until she took an early retirement in April 2002. On September 24, 1988, she married Joseph K. Gerideau and blended families to include six beautiful children. Mildred had a way of making each of her children feel special and because of her sweet motherly spirit, she had many adopted daughters and sons as well. Mildred accepted Christ at a young age. She spent many years as a member of Anderson Grove Baptist Church, and most recently, she and Joe were active members of New Bethel Apostolic Church out of Greensboro, NC. When she was unable to attend church, her church family often visited and prayed and sang with her. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents and her son Terrell. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband Joe, daughter Kimberly, her twin sons Keith (Joanne) and Kenneth (Nell), her bonus sons Joseph Jr. (Editonia), Kyle (Felicia), her fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren, her sister Anne Glover (Harold), her sister- in-law Yvonne Gerideau, a host of beloved nephews, nieces and family and cherished friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
