Mary Louise Foster died at Beacon Place Hospice and Palliative Care on October 4, 2014 in Greensboro, NC. She was an educator having retired after 30 years from the Edgecombe County Schools. She was a member of St. James Presbyterian Church. She was the oldest daughter of Carl Oscar Foster Sr. and Hattie Louise Foster. Her parents, and her brothers Lynwood Bernard Foster and Carl O. Foster, Jr. preceded her in death. She is survived by her son Paul L. Foster (Merrie), 2 grand daughters, Adrienne N. (Frank Scharf) and Merrie Paulette, a great grandson, Paul August Foster Scharf, nieces, Veda Graves, Angela Foster, and Juanita Stroble, and Beverly Robinson, nephews Decatur Fuller and Karl Davis, and a host of other grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Graveside service will be Friday October 10, 2014 at 2:30PM at Lakeview Memorial Park, Greensboro, NC. Brown's Funeral Home is in charge of professional services.
