Market Street Greensboro, North Carolina Pastor Isaiah Layne Waddell, Sr., Officiating~Obituary~ Linnie Mae Graves (a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt and friend) was welcomed into the arms of the Lord on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at the Beacon Place in Greensboro, NC. Linnie Mae was born on February 4, 1925 in Alamance County to the late Bessie Corbett and Arthur Graves. She attended public schools in Alamance County. She retired from Coca cola bottling company.Linnie Mae was preceded in death by her son, Charles Matkins. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving family. Children: Thelma Abbott (Charlie), Albert Madkins, Rosia Rorie, Helen Thompson (Frank) and Clemmytene Matkins; a host of grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins and other close relatives and friends.
