Lillie Mae Winnix Swann, 92, of Greensboro, NC passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Moses Cone hospital. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Bethenia Bass Winnix, her husband, Earl G. Swann, and grandson Craig Swann. She is survived by her son, Earl B. Swann and wife, Judi, her daughter, Angela Swann-Jones, three grandchildren: Nicole (Anthony), Marcus (Yve-Lin) and Stacie (Rodney), eight great-grandchildren: Jasmine, Jovante, Rayvin, Ryan, Rishelle, Avery, David and Grace, and two great great-grandchildren: Gabriella and Jayce and two sisters-in-law, Queen Swann Graves of Orlando, Florida and Elois Swann Burton of Washington, DC. A host of nephews, nieces and cousins. Celebration of life will be held at Celia Phelps UMC, Groomestown Rd, Greensboro, NC. The visitation begins at 11:30 am and service follows at 12 pm. Interment following at Alamance Memorial Park, Burlington, NC.
