Julia Nicole Ford was born July 31, 1981 to Valerie Ford of Greensboro, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by grandfather: Tracy Clyburn; aunt: Elizabeth Young and great-grandmother: Julia M. Murray. Julia attended Gateway E. Center for twenty-two (22) years and attended After-Gateway until she passed on August 31. 2019. Julia loved listening to music and people talking to her. She enjoyed being with the staff at the daycare center and the attention they gave her. Julia leaves to cherish her memories: mother Valerie Ford; brother: Jeremy; a close friend: Shirley; cousins: Joshua and Joshana (both took very good care of Julia); and a host of other family and friends. Julia, thank you for thirty-eight (38) years. You will always be in my heart and I will keep you in the light. So let me go and you live on. Love your grandmother who cared for you all of your life on earth. Rest in peace my angel. A service honoring her life will be held Friday September 6, 2019 at the Cassie Coote-Brown Memorial Chapel of Perry J. Brown Funeral Home; 909 E. Market St. Greensboro, NC. Visitation will begin at 2pm with service following at 2:30pm.
