Jasper Bodiford, Jr. of Greensboro, NC, 66, passed away on January 10, 2015 at the home of a close friend. Funeral services will be held at the Perry J. Brown Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 12 p.m. Mr. Bodiford was born December 20, 1948 in Camilla, GA to the late Jasper Bodiford, Sr. and Clyde Hill Bodiford. He was the oldest of five children. He was a longtime employee of Paul Howard Construction Company and Wysong & Miles. He was also active in the masons for over 30 years, a member of Morning Star Lodge #691 and the Shriner's Khalif Temple #144. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons: Jasper Bodiford, III (Iris) of Chesterfield, VA and Alex Charles Bodiford (Lynette) of Greensboro, one granddaughter, Jaila Isabella Bodiford of Chesterfield, VA, two sisters, Mary Jean Silas (Ulysses) and Patricia Bodiford Jackson, two brothers Larry Bodiford and Daniel Bodiford, all from Camilla, GA, devoted friends Shirley L. Cummings and Andrew Norman and a host of nieces and nephews, masonic brothers, family and friends.
