Jasper 'Dotdoe' Frazier, age 57, son of Lucy and Luther Frazier (Luther deceased). Born February 21, in Leaksville, NC (now Eden, NC). He departed his life on earth at Moses Cone Hospital on October 1, 2019.
At a young age he attended Charles Moore Elementary, Aycock Junior High, and Grimsley Senior High where he graduated. Upon graduation he relocated to Dothan, Alabama as an employee of ARA at Michelin Tire Corporation. Upon returning to NC he met his soul and life time mate of 30 plus years where they remained together until his earthly departure. He worked for Show Pro's Security as a body guard and was blessed to work with several recording artists including Pattie Labelle, Luther Vandross, Biggie Smalls, and others. Life on the road began to be tiresome for him, so he decided to remain local working for the Greensboro Coliseum.
Jasper was born pre-mature weighing all but 4 pounds, the youngest of ten, so tiny that his father called him his 'Little Loaf of Bread'. He loved his family, friends, Green Bay Packers, and good home cooked food. Most importantly, he accepted Christ as his lord and savior.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Mrs. Lucy Frazier, his love and life long mate Ms. Denise Smith, sisters Bretta R. Edwards of Stone Mountain, GA, Lucia (Bonnie) Seagraves (Thomas), Janice Horne (Dee) all of Greensboro, NC, brother Kervin Frazier (Lisa), Mitchell Frazier (Shelia), Jeffery Frazier all of Greensboro, NC, one aunt Mrs. Maxine Hampton. Preceded in death a sister Pattie Donnell, brothers Elroy Scales and David Frazier.
Spiritual sister in his life since childhood, Gwendolyn Wilson, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many many friends.
A service honoring his life will be held at Instutional Baptist Church; 802 E. Market St. Greensboro, NC. Visitation will begin at 12pm with service following at 1pm.
