Harvey Alexander Boyd departed this life Thursday June 6, 2019. He was the sixth child of Robert and Cora Boyd.

His father and mother, as well as his sister Josephine and brother Edward preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son Robert (Pootie), daughter Shannon (Shannon Ball); Grandchildren Autumn Boyd, Autumn Baker (Medusa), Nevaeh (Tootie Bug), Korey & Gabe (Baby G). Sisters Hannah (Cecelia) and Fannie; brothers Robert (Perry) and Michael. Along with a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Harvey was a family man who enjoyed spending time at family gatherings and grilling for them. During his lifetime he enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, horseback riding, cruising in his 'brick house van', dirt bike riding, playing baseball, and old cars. He was passionate about his job of painting and it was a trait he passed down to his son. He also enjoyed spending time with 'Roscoe, ' the family pit.
