REENSBORO â?? Ms. Gloria Bowers Knight passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Clapps Nursing Center. Her funeral service will be held at Genesis Baptist Church on Saturday, March 23rd, family hour 2 p.m., funeral service at 2:30 p.m.. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery on US Highway 29. Gloria is survived by her daughter, Lisa Knight Davis (Tyrone) of Greensboro, N.C.; her only son Darryl Knight (Christa) and daughter Teri Knight Clark (Louis) both residing in Raleigh, N.C.; sister Janet Bowers Powe (Thomas) of Stone Mountain, Ga., and her only brother Charles Bowers of Greensboro, N.C.; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and a host of relatives and friends.
