She left the world peacefully to be with the Lord on Friday, February 22, 2013. She was a resident of McLeansville, North Carolina at the time of her passing. She was the oldest of five (5) siblings of thelate Jean Fletcher.Francine finished High School and attended the Fashion Institute of Technology State University in New York. After graduating from School she met and married her late husband, James Little. Francine worked as a telephone operator for AT&T Bell Telephone Company. She was employed with the United States Postal Service in Human Resources for over forty-two (42) years and retired in 2009. Francine was preceded in death by mother: Jean Fletcher; grandfather and grandmother: James and Florence Alexander; and brother: Michael Fraser. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and was one of the best!! She will be truly missed.Francine leaves to cherish her memory:, daughters: Tonya, Crystal and Shantel, son: Brandon; brothers: Leslie Fraser and Rodney Fraser; sister: Shelly Fletcher; seven (7) grand-children; one (1) great grandchild, one (1) nieces, three (3) nephews; a host of relatives and friends.
