Dennis C. Taylor was born on March 30, 1953 in Brooklyn, New York. He was educated in the St. Gregory Catholic School System,and then attended the Long Island University School of Pharmacy with concentration in Pharmaceutical Studies.

Dennis loved working on cars and had a successful career in the Automotive industry retiring as a Manager in 2018. He moved to the Greensboro, NC area in 2007. He and his wife, Joyce joined the Wells Memorial C.O.G.I.C. and he became very active. He was appointed a Deacon and head of Security which he was very proud. For years he was faced with many medical challenges. Dennis departed this life on Tuesday, afternoon March 3, 2020 at Moses Cone Hospital. A service honoring his life will be held at Wells Memorial Church Of God In Christ - 1001 East Washington Street - Greensboro, NC 27401 on Friday, March 20, 2020. The visitation will begin at 11:00 am and the service will follow at 11:30 am. The interment will take place following the service at Lakeview Memorial Park; 3600 N Ohenry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405.
