Debra Wiggins was born in Greensboro, North Carolina on August 11, 1959 to Charles Wiggins and Anna Perdue. She transitioned into eternity on December 22, 2018.

Debra attended the Guilford County School System from elementary through high school.

Debra was a very loving person who never met a stranger. She loved people and enjoyed doing for others and always with a smile.

Debra leaves to cherish her memories, mother: Anna Perdue Pettiford; son: Sean Charles Hunter; sister: Angela Rankin; four (4) grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service honoring her life will be Friday, December 28, 2018 at Forest Lawn Cemetery; 3109 Forest Lawn Dr. Greensboro, NC. The service will begin at 12 pm.
