Cora Lee Gant Seibles passed away peacefully on July 26th, 2016 at Moses Cone Hospital after a brief illness. She was surrounded by her family as she transitioned to her heavenly home. Cora was born November 18th, 1930 in Greensboro, N.C., to Truman A. Gant and Laura Fitzgerald Gant. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Shelby D. Caddell and brother, John W. Gant. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 47 years, John L. Seibles; sons Truman J. â??TJâ?? Caddell of Greensboro, N.C., J. Levi Seibles Jr. of Charlotte, N.C., stepdaughter, Demetria Jordan,  special niece, Cathy Gant Hill (Anthony), and sister Julia Duke, all of Greensboro, N.C. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Trina Caddell and Tyler Caddell, 4 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and a host of cherished nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A strong woman of faith, Cora Lee began her Christian journey at an early age at East White Oak Missionary Baptist Church in Greensboro, NC. Her journey continued at Beacon Hill Missionary Baptist Church when she moved to Herndon, VA in 1982. Upon her return to Greensboro in 1997, she became a member of Outreach Baptist Church where she served faithfully until her death.
