Lucretia 'Annette' Beasley, age 59, was born on May 19th, 1959 to Shirley Bruce Johnson and the late Laxton Bruce. She departed this life Sunday, June 3rd, 2018 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC. She was a 1978 graduate of James B. Dudley High School. Annette truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, snacking, and traveling.

Annette gave her to life to Christ at an early age and joined St. Stevens United Church of Christ. Annette leaves to cherish her memory, a charismatic son DeRon C. Beasley, her beautiful daughter Totiana Z. Beasley both of Greensboro, NC; her sweet mother Shirley Bruce Johnson and phenomenal step-father O'Neil C. Johnson both of Greensboro, NC; her loving sister Pamela K. Bruce Webb of Winston-Salem, NC; and two step-sisters Chandra and Candy Johnson both of Greensboro, NC; three nephews, Devon 'Muddy' (Raveen), Deione and Desean Webb; four great-nieces, two great- nephews; and a very special friend Ernest Wood of Greensboro, NC, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.

A service honoring her life will be held Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Gospel Tabernacle Holiness Church; 421 Fulton St. Burlington, NC. The visitation will begin at 11 am and the service will follow at 12 pm. The interment will take place following the service at North Lawn Cemetery; Ross Ave, Burlington, NC.
