Anderson Burns, Jr., was born July 20, 1927 and departed this life on Saturday, May 20, 2017. He was a devoted, loving, and beloved husband, father, brother, friend and neighbor. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Brenda Dowdy Burns; four sons, Bradley, Derek, Cedric, and Dwane Burns; one sister, Edna Burns, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at Love and Faith Christian Fellowship, 4344 Blackberry Road, Greensboro, NC. Family and viewing will start at 11:30. The service will begin at 12:00 noon.
